What we do

We manage your good reputation
Whether you want to be in the spotlight or not, Ingrid Svendsen & Associates can help.
We help insure your corporate and personal reputation.
We can assist you in preparing for a crisis, or in responding to one, if the worst happens.
Some of our best work is invisible
We can manage an issue so that it never makes the media or arouses stakeholder concern.
We can support you to identify potential issues early, so that they never escalate.
We can help you with systems and resources so you can respond quickly and professionally, not get caught flat-footed.
We can train you to deal confidently with high-pressure media engagement.

But it’s not all bad news
We can also help with your launch, event or positive PR opportunity.
Our principal, Ingrid Svendsen, is a Walkley Award winner, with decades of media experience at major organisations including The Age. We know what media want and need. We can help make your announcement news.
